HELP Need a BT Scan tool asap PG County MD

i need to make sure i dont have any shadow codes before i take my car in for this water pump or thermo failure. about to take jb4 out not, but can i clear the codes with jb4 i have 2008 335i and im under warranty

Just take out the jb4 they won't be looking into that stuff for a water pump issue
