In the magzine, the final comment of the 330i is still the best .....I think so too :rocks: .....only if they can improve the built quality (and don't listen to pirated CDs in customer's car), it will be perfect!

Provided that the sport suspension can suit 320i, I am more happy to try it if you don't like (at your orginal extra cost 3k + tax). Then you can try the stock sport suspension and first and change to something lower later.
I agree with Kelvin.

If time can be reversed , I will take the stock sports suspension and try it. Reason is quite simply, not just because it is 3K+ comparing with 40K aftermarkets.

Ken

If you take non sports, it is a high chance you cannot stand it based on your wish to have a lower drop. But if you take the sports, that will give you some more time to think.

Especially, now you are thinking of 18" rims , but how about 19" rims. It may be something you might want in the near future.

Therefore, the best is to give yourself more time to think through rather than spending a lot of money in a short period. If you go 19", it is almost certain you need to change the stock suspension. Then, why not do them together as a Phase II ?

Above is just purely an option you can think about, you might already have a great plan as what rims , tires and suspensions you need. But if you have not planned, stick with the stock will give you more time and there will be more choices for E90 parts anyway as time goes.

P,

I think the show is over.

After done 200km in the last 2 days. I began to adopt to the PSS9 and began to love the new shcoks settings as they are comfort enough yet to give me the 'sport feel' than the last setting 's 'sedan feel' !

Today, friend of mine accompanied me to the HAKPO st. shop to order the parts . He commented the current setup is right. As I was being a passdenger, I found all the way very comfortable.
May be my garage friend said " it takes time to get the shocks and sperings to breakin" ; or may be I was not driving them lkong andf hard enough before.

That leaves now , only the criticality tests which will see how much stability i can get at speeding corners.
I will run the car for another 200km before I do the next adjustment.

BTW, check my signature, my mod list is almost done!

Good! You can even try to adjust the tire pressures to fine tune it to your tastes.

So, are the parts that you ordered in the same shipment as kelvinso and 2020? Why not buy the spoiler pre-painted in the factory?

I will check with Tony if he has got painted one. He told me only an unpainted.

One funny lesson learned, I only found out yesterday that my E90 seat was set to down slope than up slope, that explained why I did not find the seats ok as I was always slipping ; and that also means why I suffered more with the funny "pss9 vibrations" as less support if my body leans forward without knowing.

I will adjust tire pressure once I have a chance to do so.
As now I finally found a 'mid point setting', another crazy thinking is to move the front springs up 5mm and move the rear springs down 5mm. I thought it might reduce the front end up down motion and yet to have a slightly better drop at the rear!

I know my friend will start charging me for that as every time he has to take me on a test drive near his shop areas ( Wah King Hill ). Dispite his age, he drove real fast. He went downhill Wah King at 135km/h

There is a left banked corner when going up Wah King Hill road (2 lanes). If your car can go thru that corner and exit the corner at 110km/h, then your setting is good

Maybe you give Tony the part number for the Jet black painted spoiler so that he can order it.

I think it will be better to buy it pre-painted if available

t,
According to my info when I serached TiAg Spoiler, the part no. for you is:
Non-Metalic Black
p/n 51 71 0 398 730

It shold be your Jet Black...as Black Sapphire uses another code.

Check with Tony at the shop and he can match the colour code for you. Your color code shold be pasted in the B-pillar next to the driver's seat. You can see if when you open the driver's door.

I guess you should be calling Tony at the shop quite often to check the shipping status for the parts... I did that too

thanks guys. just called T and went thru a list of color names , something called SCHW... UNI ( Is this Jet Black?) . Anyhow, I agreed to take the unpainted for a try. Let me think again, and will use Kevin's number: Non-Metalic Black , p/n 51 71 0 398 730.
I also ordered the CF Lips at same time.

There is a shop called J.Auto next to it. I saw they have the BREX No.9 for E90 selling for $1700 a pair. They dont have the OSRAM 6000K and this guy told me that would be $3000 each . I guess he was not sure what I wanted , or is that really true?
I am not sure whether I should get the BREX from this shop anyway as I noticed they carry a sizable of replicas including emblems, all kinds of Bez/BMW taillamps .........

I dont think the current setting is as good as the last one which had the lowest drop , for sports purpose. I will ask my friend to do a 100km/h cornering in next test. If we are still alive , I will not ask him to do further adjustment. If we are dead , then needless to say, the adjustment is also not needed. So, what is the point of trying

BMWHK called.......The only compensation I am getting is to bring in the car again for their full quality check. ........Another chance for them to drive my car

I told her the CDR incidence......she told me to give her some time to find out first....no need to send complaint to Germany.
