2008 335xi Headlight Washer Missing

Hi team,
So to my dismay, I've recently noticed that the headlight washer cap is missing on my black 2008 335xi coupe. My car came with the cold weather package so it has the headlight washers.

I brought it into the dealership and they wanted $650 + tax to replace the right washer and cap. OUCH!

I don't really care that much about having a headlight washer, but the whole in my bumper where the cap should be is really annoying.

Can anyone help me to either replace the washer or point me towards a shop that could replace just the cover?

Thanks so much!

I'm actually seeing a lot of posts in the UK forum about this. There are many that believe this is a manufacturing problem - that the jet pops off in cold weather.

I strongly believe mine was not stolen, there is no sign of forcing at all.

The dealer told me it was stolen. I don't really believe them.

Does anyone else know about this?

I have noticed that mine doesn't full retract in the winter time. Oftentimes, I would push it in.
