Signed the paper works on March 31 (Rate 3.9%) and Delivered oh April 1(Rate 2.9%)

I just found that the Financing rate in April is 2.9% for 335xi models..
I signed all the paper works on March 31 (Rate 3.9%) and Delivered oh April 1(Rate 2.9%)
Is there anyway I can fight to get that 1% difference back??

yeah you should be able to....

i signed mine in march for 3.9% for lease...was told that when the car comes..
i have the option for 3.9% or if by then (late may) there is a better rate i can take that...

That's really weird! I know the lease is 3.9% but the finance was always 2.9% in March. I signed mine near the end of March for 2.9% finance.
You should be able to get it to 2.9% because that's their promotional rate, just ask them and see what they say. Treat it as if they made a mistake.

You shouldnt have a problem getting the lower rate. Same thing happened to a co-worker of mine and they gave him the lower rate.

I Just called Canada BMW Financing Service..
and they told me in their system, everything was done on March 31! (Which is not true...) so the rate will stay 3.9%
My dealership lied to me........

Try talking to your dealership, let them know it will leave you with a bad taste if they don't try to help you.
