Need Advice on Order of Mods

I need some advice on the order of my future modifications. I am young and have money to spend but not all at once since I do still need to pay off my car. I have a 2008 328xi and was wondering what order I should do these mods in:

Cosmetic
- Window Tint (already done)
- Blackline tail lights (already done)
- LCD Angel Eye lights

Performance
- AA stage 2 tune
- BMW Performance air intake (maybe)
- BMW Performance exhaust (maybe)

I am contemplating whether or not the exhaust or intake is even worth it with my car. I know I don't have to get these modifications through BMW but I would prefer it. I was thinking that I should go straight to the tune since the other two aren't going to provide that much of a gain in HP and torque. It seems like the tune is the best bang for my buck but I don't want to do the tune if I would have to get the tune done over again after those modifications. I'm putting this in this section since it's mostly just performance questions and a recommendation on when I should complete all of them as well as if I should just do the tune. Thanks.

I would skip the intake. I would go for the exhaust first. It's always nice to have a little growl to your car . If you did want an intake I would look into the euro oem intake that ECS Tuning sells.

You think the intake all together is a bit unnecessary?

Yes better to put that money towards the tune.

Ok so you think I should save up for the exhaust and get the tune later? It's pricey but I guess it's worth the quality.

do a charcoal filter delete+K&N filter for $60 and save your $ for the exhaust. BMS PBX to keep it on the cheap. Or if you want save up for a tune. aside from that wheels, tires and suspension mods will help your car drive better and feel faster.

For me it's worthless to do any engine mods on a 328 since the price you pay just for a little horsepower is ridiculous. But unless you just want it for looks and sound then I can understand, other than that the only thing i'd do is a tune and keep maintenance on schedule then put the rest to cosmetics.

Just my opinion.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'm going to save up for the BMW PE exhaust before I do the tune and then just stop with those two performance mods. I just ordered a nice pair of angel eyes and will work on the appearance after that with rims and other mods.

Don't think I'm gonna fool around with the intake yet until I'm in the second half of my warranty. I'll have to look into suspension mods.

If you do the intake make sure it is before AA tune
