Are SE and M-Sport Front Top Mounth Interchangeable??

Afternoon all - My e92 330d is booked in tomorrow to have the SE suspension swapped out for M Sport dampers and Eibach springs. The guys doing it have asked if the M Sport dampers come with the front tops mounts. Are M Sport Top mounts required for the dampers of would the SE ones currently on my car be fine?

Thanks

The top mount is the same, as the m sport suspension is to do with different rated springs and dampers. If your on high mileage then would be a good idea to replace these at the same time as the forces applied to them will be greater. Plus you don't want to have to pay out for the mounts to be replaced at a later date.

Don't suppose you know where I can find the part numbers for the fronts?

as above, they are the same, and it makes sense to get them changed while you have the strut out.

give Jason @ AllGermanParts a shout for top mounts:

This is the one. BMW charge £96 each. I bought genuine from Germany for £60 each and only just arrived.

And as said its a good idea to replace them! I was at 50-55k when i upgraded to Ohlins, and i though my car isn't that high mileage. But now at 60k one of them has bloody siezed.
