Wheels spacers

Sorry if this has been asked or discussed before but I couldn't find any info. I'm currently dropped on h&r sport springs with style 159 wheels. I want to add spacers to get a better look so my question is what size should I run front and rear? And also how bad is it for the car overall? Thank you in advance for any input

One more question, would that require longer bolts or will stock still work?
