Actually, to be quite honest, the internet is probably the single worst thing for people trying to go to sleep. If you're anything like me, then you probably get stuck in this viscious cycle of links that happens to keep you up all night...just like this in fact.

Your best bet is to turn off the computer and just watch some boring TV, or just try to go to sleep the ol' fashioned way (which doesn't work for me).

Just to let ya' know: Youtube is a sleep-stealing demon imo.
