Hey Guys...
I am looking for honest apprisal of my car..I'll probably put it up for sale soon. Your $$ feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Late 06 330 xi ,45k miles...bmw certified until Aug 12 or 100k, sports pack, Nav, Xenon, 18" wheels, Premium sound system, In dash cd,Jet Jet black exterior , Tan leather interior, dual front sport seats. All maintenance and repairs done at BMW dealerships under warranty. The car does have a small rear bumper accident shown on carfax. The bumper had to be repainted.

How much should I list it for??? Please see pic..Thanks in advance for your help,

Do your research on what other cars comparable to yours are selling for. This is the best indicator as to what your car is worth. With enough research you'll determine your car's 'market value'

thanks for the fdback..but I see Dealers selling my car with the same warranty for 21-24k..Am I missing something??? Tx

retail vs private party... check kbb its usually off by about that much as well...

also your car doesnt have a clean carfax... GLWS!

edit: what are your plans for your next car? my cousin recently traded in his 528 and picked up a 11 535 and the dealership gave him a great trade in price AND a great price on the new 535...

Point well taken. It seems the smallest accidents can cost you up to 20% of your resale..Scary!!!
I hope to get at least 19.5 for it and trade up to 08 335 xi..

Trade in value is very high right now since many people are looking at used cars...bad economy.

My 05/'06 build 330xi is about 20k kbb value. 65k. Fully loaded except sport package. Private party. One accident.

try to trade in then and tell them you have an offer for 20 but will take 19.5 from them to make things a little better

To give you a reference...my father just traded in his '04 e65 745i with 98k, failing water pump and transmission. He got 18k for it. Kbb trade in value was about 14k. However I thought the dealer was going to give him less because of the trans and water pump problems.

They didn't care at all. This was at a Jaguar dealer too....but Paul Miller has a BMW dealer as well so I guess labor wont be too much for fixing those issues.

He's actaully paying significantly less for the new XJ he got that what he was paying for the E65...crazy.

Tx Guys..I guess I have to get ready for battle.For starters, if you have any accidents on the carfax; stay away from BMW dealers.So far I have received trade-in offers from 14500 to16500. We'll see.
