Turn signal delay when door is locked

my e90 is pre-lci manufactured in 2005 which is very initial model. the turn signals come on approx a second later when the door is locked. this delay will not happen when unlocked. the investigation through some videos on youtube the most of pre-lci has the same phenomenon but some them not. i also check parameters on FRM2 (previously i did retrofit: from FRM1 to FRM2). however there was no scuh related ones. does anyone know how to remove this delay?

If I replace current FRM2 module with FRM3 can it be resolved?

i do not know if CAS module is related...
