Ques. about oil with ppol running bolts on.

since day one been running bmw 5w-30 and used RP once. i noticed that 5w-30 at the dealer burns quickly wiith bolts on. Been changing oil at 5k. so what are guys using? thanks in advance!

What do mean by "with bolts on"?

I've been changing my oil about every 7K with BMW oil and I go through about 1/2 quart in that time.

bolt ons- tune, catless downpipe, dual intake, FM intercooler, catless catback, ect.

What oil do you recommend besides bmw 5w30.

Royal Purple 5w-30 or 0w-50
