Only the cross bars and fairing. Only thing you would need is a universal snowboard attachment from rei or sport chalet and you'd be set!

The fairing is the piece that attaches to the front crossbar to reduce wind noise while on the highway. The setup was on and off my car for less than a year. I would only put it on for when I went riding. There are scratches on one side of each crossbar where I mounted the thule universal road bike fork attachment. Other than that it's in great condition. Thule fairing was placed on oem bars since there is no oem fairing option.
