swapping / buying second hand ZF AUTO GEARBOX 6hp26

Hello,

did anyone swapped their gearbox and has anyone any experience with programming? because there are many models with same ZF number used to the different motorization, so was curious of any experience

my zf is ga6hp26z but this model is used for 330d 50i and many other engines as i mentioned above, so how to locate the exact model?

bmw part number is 7566895

Not sure where you got that part number from but it's not found on realoem.com nor bmwfans.info

last time I bought a 2nd gearbox for a 330d we fitted it and it was no good, bought off ebay with 30 days warranty, they refunded me for the cost of the gearbox, but still have to pay the labour and it caused loads of problems, too risky in my opinion.
