2010 E90 320D Popping Out of 1st Gear

Good Afternoon

As of lately, I have been experiencing an issue with my 2010 E90 320D where it occasionally pops out of first gear when pulling away from a stand still.

I intend on getting it to a garage at the next opportunity but just wandered if anyone else has experienced this, and if they have, what the issue was.

I'm interested to hear the reply from your dealership. I have the same problem. And it seems to come in "waves", i.e. it would happen once a day in the same week and then three weeks without a problem. The force at which the gear is popped out is not fun - especially if you happen to have your hand on the gear lever...
2007 E90 328i here. 203,000km on the gauge, first clutch.
