This is overpriced. I think this should be going around $34k ish?

Take a look at this: http://www.greenwichbmw.com/browse-c...XAE270677.aspx

You can perhaps go for a sports package manual. Do a front bumper/back bumper conversion? There are great vendors here that do sell the M3 front and back bumper.

Habberstad is where I got my car. Paid 35.9k for my 09 335i auto fully loaded in November of 2010 CPO, with only 11k miles on it.

I guess it's a bad time of year to try and haggle on a 335i?

The mileage is good & the car is very well equipped, but the CPO Warranty is what's adding the extra $5k onto the price.

IMO if you're gonna spend almost $40k on a used BMW, go get an M3 w/o the CPO warranty Chances are you could find something equally well equipped w/ similar mileage around that price.

Ask the last time the oil, spark plugs & ignition coils had been changed, if the HPFP has been replaced. If it's a pre-'08 build, make sure that it has the oil cooler (you can check for this 2 ways: 1st is look in the passenger wheel well for vents, the oil cooler core is behind that. 2nd is to look under the hood for 2 hoses running from the oil filter down towards the passenger wheel well). If the mileage is 40k+, ask if the intake valves have been cleaned.

I checked under the hood at the battery cable rail + lower cowl housing to see if any of the clips were broken. If any of them were, chances are that the previous owner had modded the car w/ a plug-in tune.

Best time to buy a RWD car is in the winter time.

ok so ive looked around and no one is selling their cars with the option i want. this is the closest to what i want. So around what price should this car be worth? because i think 38.9k is way too high.
