No, you would need DP fix to pass the emission. or put your stock DPs back on and make sure that your car is ready to pass the emission(you have to follow a certain procedure to get the car ready). The car will not pass the emission, if you put the stock DPs back on and directly go get the emission done.

Hey all,

My '07 E92 is having issues with my Comfort Access and unlocking/locking the doors w/both key fobs. Basically they only work every once in awhile. As I left the gym tonight I had to manually unlock my driver's side to get into the car. When I got in, the car wouldn't even recognize my personal settings. At first I couldn't even get the radio/CD player/iPod to play with sound.
I've been searching through the forums and from what I can understand, it appears that my battery is slowing dying (although I haven't seen the icon for it). I just got the car in October, so I'm new to maintenance issues.
Does this sound like a battery issue to anyone? If so, would it be easier to replace it myself, although I don't have this Bav Tool everyone talks about, or take it to a specialized shop somewhere around Buckhead? Obviously I'd rather save some $$ if this is the problem. Please let me know.

If it is the original battery I would say you are due. I got mine replaced at Solo Motorsports for about half the cost of the dealer. It is a whole lot easier to have them do it instead of DIY IMO. Mine is an '08 and the battery died last spring.

Hey guys, I'm brand new to this forum and BMWs in general. Living in Midtown ATL for an internship and pretty new to the are.

I just bought my first E90, Space Grey with Saddle Brown interior. Premium package but no sport, I take a lot of long drives to Texas and back and those sport seats/suspension are a little hard on the back.

Anyways, I'm looking at maximizing the looks and performance potential of this car ASAP and would love to get some input on mods I want to make in the near future.

1) Wheels/Tires - what are good for the roads around here and should I go Gunmetal or polished? Not a huge fan of the black wheels.

2)JB4 - I will be ordering within the next few weeks but what experience do you guys have with maintaining the CPO warranty and having a JB4?

3)Favorite angel eyes upgrade?

4)Finally, what's a good local shop to get windows tinted all around, and what legal tint do you guys recommend to make this thing look best?

Hello. 1st time Bimmer owner here and new to the forum. 2011 328 in Space Gray/Gray interior is looking sharp in my garage.

I've heard that Sun Tinting and Solarworks (both in Roswell) are on point for tinting. Yes? No? Was quoted ~$400 for ceramic 3M tint, but seems high to me.
