As Red Bread said, I'm not sure what you're looking at. It's a Ford GT in all the pics (different angles), I don't see a GT40 in any of them...

It is annoying that Ford wasn't able to name the modern one the GT40 (or GT44 as it was really 4 inches taller) because some idiot had trademarked the name and wanted a billion dollars to license it back to Ford.
