Codes after BMS DP Fix V3 - 2CA8 & 2CA9

Has anyone else had these codes pop up after the new BMS DP fix? I've been in touch with Terry, but he wasn't sure what it could be so I figured I'd give it a shot here ... anyone have any ideas?

Could you have confused any of the sensors?

Edit:

reading that again it might be more likely you grabbed the wrong wires, recheck.

Well 19 & 20 are both yellow and 23 is the only black/red on that side ... I'll have to pull it tomorrow and double check but I went over it many times before I installed it

I am looking to install mine, haven't done so yet but would be great, since your working on it to take some pictures, or even create a diy.

I got the same exact codes when I first installed the DP fix a while back... I tripple checked everything, and I had the wires in the correct pins.. but I flipped 19 and 20 or something like that when putting them back in the harness.. may be worth a look.. don't remember the exact number of the pins.. but they were crossed in the harness not at the DP wires..

I don't have a JB3 so I just have them plugged right into the main harness and per the instructions it doesn't matter which black wire you plug into 19 or 20

.....................

So ... upon reading the instructions again (I've already read them a couple times) I think I may be an idiot ... I skipped over the part about plugging the male ends of the DP Fix into the stock wires, I just unplugged the 19,20 & 23 and tapped them off

So it looks like I fail ...

I need to learn to read ...

Thank you all for you help

EDIT TO ADD: Wanted to give a big Thank You to Terry for helping me with this ... he was very prompt with his responses and is a stand-up guy

Mike, no offense but please read before posting

the first thing I did was email Terry and he replied very promptly, I only posted here because he wasn't sure what the cause could be so
I posted here to see if anyone else had had this issue .. Overall Terry was great and I really appreciated his quick replies .. You usually don't find service like that nowadays

No worries... I am just trying to encourage people to email, as its the most productive way to get help from me or BMS. I agree with you that most are very surprised when they see an email back within a minute or so, but we do what we can when we can to help as best and as quickly as possible.

I've the original BMS dpfix and when its set to 5oclock, I get 29F4 and 29F5 code. But when set a tinge below 5 (i.e. even 4.8), it throws 2CA8 and 2CA9.

I've done multiple drive cycles each time clearing codes. Cat monitors just dont complete. Its stuck in "Incomplete". I double checked the cables, it looks fine.
What could i be doing wrong?
