Buying side turn signal sockets

Anyone know know if I can buy the turn signal bulb holder/sockets from somewhere without having to get the whole housing?

My car had LED side turn signals before with wires that were connected to the wiring using wire taps. Unfortunately, they went out and so I got some new DEPO housings but they require the original socket/bulb holders and didnt come with them. I tried looking up part numbers but they look like they are combined with the whole housing and cheapest I can find them for is like $12 for each side...

Talking about bulb holder for these: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...hoCNXcQAvD_BwE

Thank you for your useless post. This is a 11 year old bmw worth 8000. Dont pretend its a car only the 1% can afford.

I asked if anyone knew if its sold separately somewhere because there is no use spending money on parts I dont need.

I believe those use standard bayonet type bulbs.

Twist the white part to unlock it, and you should be able to get at the bulb.

If you cannot do this, you'll need an entire assembly.

Its not a car that only 1% can afford, its a car few can afford at first and then people like you buy them when they’re cheap thinking its as simple as that. You want an 8,000 car with cheap replacement parts, get a honda. 30k or 8k bmw? Parts are gonna be expensive regardless, gotta pay to play

I didn't buy this cheap. I got this car in 2010. Your reply of rhetorically asking me how much I think this part is was not helpful.

But that doesn't matter because my question wasn't to find a cheaper source; it was to find a source that sells the socket by itself. $12 isnt expensive by any means, but I do not have a need for the housing part and so paying for it seems wasteful.

Its okay. No need to reply to this anymore as it there are now too many people on this board now who instead of trying to help each other just come on to attack people. Everyone takes every chance they get to post "oh you bought a bmw. what do you expect".

your best bet is to find someone parting out a wrecked E92/E90 BMW. That's the least expensive route.
