When I first read you were doing vinyl overlay I had the same reaction as your son. But the after pictures look awesome.
Plus, I really like the idea that it's reversible if you sell the car or decide you don't like it anymore. And cheap too.

You sold me on this mod. I've wanted to change out the chrome trim for a while but didn't want to pay a bunch or break the chrome.

Hey Shiggy, so all you do is just cut its approximate shape and then just wrap it around and slide it thru the edges? or u actually have to trim it completely to fit perfectly?
