BBS RS-GT if you have the money. Easy choice...2 pc and forged. Compare to the ITC's which are cast. Both are nice wheels, just depend on how much you're willing to spend.

RGR's are a little cheaper (and lighter in weight) than RSGT's... maybe $100 per wheel cheaper? Check tirerack.com.
As for color... a matter of taste. They both look great! (silver or diamond black).

The price difference will be quite a bit. Easily over $1,000(comparing to the ITC's). And you need to make up your own mind on this...what happens if we say black diamond, and you went out and got that. 1 week later, you don't like it because you've always liked the silver face better?

Get the best you can afford, no point in regretting it later, saves money in the long run.

ITC is not really light

+1 I've always liked your setup.
For me personally, I'd get the ITCs just because I like that styling better. That's what makes modding unique! Get what you like best.
