Safe to run on map 7?

hey guys i have the jb3 on my e92 335i and i have been running on map 5 with 93 octane for a while with no problems. i just bought a simota cf intake and wanted to know if i can run on map 7 now? i have the air scoops and rsd charge pipe w/ hks bov on it as well.

i think map 7 would be a little bit to agressive without dp's and fmic....at least without dp's...

It can be done but YOU NEED A BT CABLE!

Also you have to understand that with out dp's and a fmic the turbos are working a lot harder than they have to.

So if you are seeing 14psi in the charge pipe then the turbos are actually working @ 16psi becuase of pressure loss. Not the best idea for daily driving imo, however I did it for several months with out issues.

cooler temps you can, not in the warmer temps. Remember JB3 has an IAT-based boost reduction in the colder temps, so you can step a map up when its 50 degrees or below.

He is in stl and today the high is 100F, tomorrow it is 99, etc
