Yes - we have open fields right at the bottom of the garden and he "parks" it there sometimes when he has business in Cov. Strictly speaking it's in the farmer's field but he comes through my back gate

Just get a butt plug. A little cheaper than the average "Yale" lock.

My 335d stays, the addition is a change of E53 X5 3.0d to an E70 X5 35d M Sport. That gives me 286 bhp per car.

Not as high level as the Porsches and wish you guys well with your beautiful purchases but I'm pleased with my new X5. Been keeping an eye out for 6 months or so to get the right combination of colour, miles, ages, engine and the all important high spec. Picking up Sat morning.
You could of got a Cayenne, had a Cayenne S as a loan car once. How the hell those things handle and go as well as they do beats me, but wow what a 'car'.

Seriously, glad you're pleased with what you're getting. Deal sounds good.

Like the way you started the thread btw.

You're right, I've v.rarely saw a porsche being driven 'properly' and when they have been, it's usually by drug dealers who don't care about the car as they are pretty much expendable to these people.

check you with your proper capital P, I like a woman who keeps me in check

You're too sensitive lol and read things the wrong way.

So, you've very rarely seen a Porsche being driven properly.

Enjoy your car luv.

My total 'garage' bhp is about 25-30bhp - it contains my petrol lawnmower and 65mph remote control car.

Now my driveway....that's a different matter! 803bhp to be precise (from tomorrow).

Got the X5 at lunchtime, bad day for collecting a car with frequent sleet and snow. Drove it about 2 miles home and spent afternoon in the garage cleaning it, bits the garage don't sort out like chrome exhaust trims and tar on wheels etc. Car is fantastic and in great condition, will get a better drive tomorrow altho its predicted for minus 5 tonight so could be slippery.

Need to read the manual and learn the workings of idrive and other features. Couldn't work out how to adjust the headrests and then found out they were electric !!
