P0135 and P2297 problem

hey guys my 2007 e93 328i convertible's check engine light came on. The code says P0135 and P2297 i am not sure how to fix this. I believe i need to change my first O2 sensor right?

I would try replacing the upstream bank 1 oxygen sensor, provided that the wiring to the sensor doesn't appear damaged.
