Do the rear 135m brakes fit perfectly without any modification? What is the rotor size?

I don't know all the details, but apparently the 135i rear brakes will fit on an e90 if you just cut away a part of the dust shield. Other than that, the brakes are a direct bolt-on without requiring any modification to the caliper housings themselves. Also, it seems that the grey-colored OEM 135i rear brakes are essentially the same as the yellow BMW Performance rear brakes for E90 (P/N 34216786743/34216786744) (both are made by Brembo), so I presume those should fit, too.
The E90 323 OEM rotor size is 300x20 mm (P/N 34216855007).

Yes, those are LCI Bi-xenon non-adaptive headlights retrofitted to the vehicle with LUX V3 angel eyes. (See http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=524464

No plans for the moment... I think I'll just keep the front "as is" for now.

The LCI trunk and lights were obtained from a local auto salvage yard after searching on http://car-part.com/. Prices will vary depending on the extent of damage (if any) to the part and the general demand.

I had a local shop perform the installation, but you can also find various threads such as http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=801576 that describe the E90 LCI trunk swap procedure.
