Is the M Sport steering wheel smaller than the standard SE wheel??

I'm trying to decide whether it's worth the outlay swapping steering wheel to an M Sport.

Cheers

No not smaller. If anything it may be slightly bigger due to being thicker.
In response to your thoughts, it is a swap I have done and it is 100% worth the upgrade!

I swapped from an SE to M Sport steering wheel as well. As Adam said, the size is pretty similar, not really anything in it. However the general feel of it and look is a massive improvement, I'd recommend it to anybody

If you needed further support.....

I did it and was not sure of the difference it would make and it makes a massive difference! Really nice upgrade.

Thanks for the responses.

I think hearing your replies has pretty much made my mind up that I'm going to swap the wheel over.

Now all I need to do is get a wheel and airbag at a decent price.

Do you have E90 or E92? If coupe you can keep your airbag. You can on some saloons too. Get a pic of your current wheel up.

Mines an E90.

It's got the standard SE triangular type airbag, not the oval one on the M Sport.
