Who has junk in their trunk?

With the increase in activity on the PNW board, I'm curious to see how many of us are running tunes, etc.. I'm looking to retune my car once I get back, leaning towards the JB3 v1.2.

I will redyno this saturday (with the procede) and we'll see how it'll compare to the JB3 1.3.

Are you going to be back for the meet?

There's a good mix of folks up here running both tunes nowadays. You really can't go wrong with either. My preference is JB3 obviously but there's nothing wrong with going with PROcede..

I'm getting a used one with v1.2 and was going to buy the chip burner.. Would I be able to use yours to update it or do I need to get my own?

You can get your own if you like - its only $40 bucks and let's you get free software update instead of having to pay the $20bucks shipping everytime a new major release comes out.

I would definitely recommend the BMS Boost Guage - it's almost a must have. You can check out mine at the meet to get an idea.

How does the chip update work? I know you connect it via computer and dl etc, but is there something that I install into the JB3 as well? If not, could I just update the software from yours? Reason being is that I might end up selling the car after the summer and it will just be one more thing I have to part out... So thats why I'm re-tuning it, to get as much fun out of it before I have to part ways from it. I saw the BMS boost gauge but I'm not sure if I like how it looks lol.. I was looking at the Rix one where it goes on the drivers side left vent, I think you can change the map settings on that as well..
