I've currently got a Raymond Weil parsifal which i've had for the last 5 years. I picked it up very cheap from duty free in HK airport

Would love a two tone daytona though when finances permit

MO3, if you interested, the Longines shop in the city negotiates. Also check if Shum's mentioned above stocks Longines and is willing neg by 15-30%, you could also claim back 10% if you buy it before you travel. Offcourse the easy way is getting it from the US esp since our dollar is strong.

Btw for TAG fans, there is a huge sale of TAG's in the city store, some at half price.

Looks good, ceramic is great in the long run. Is that a quartz or automatic?..Typically automatics hold their value better than the quartz ones and last longer too. Where did you try it?

It's quartz. I tried it at Gregory in Bankstown Centro. RRP: $1950. It's the latest from TAG.

I agree about ceramic watches. It's light and scratch proof. I bought a Rado ceramic watch in October 2009 and I've been weaning it nearly everyday and it still looks brand new.

I've got a ceramic rado as well but have managed to crack the links 3 times hence stopped wearing it. It's still sitting in my draw with the broken links.

I was at TAG Heuer Sydney store today and I was told that TAG Heuer doesn't make full ceramic watches because they crack easily and they have the steel around the ceramic to protect it. (the pictured watches).

The regional manager was in store today and made me a very good deal for this watch as I wanted to purchase the men's and women's watches together.

I'm a bit fussy when it comes to watches and would like to have a look at other brands before signing on the dotted line.

Non-diamond watch: (My preference)
