2009 E92 335i  [8.50]
I went to a local Indy with the same problem on the front left side making that noise.I was told it's my spring rubber mount and was advised to spray some silicone oil spray on it...So far so good haven't heard any sound since then..Hope this solve the problem ,crossing my fingers.

The rear of my car creaking when i climbed in and out it ,or went over any sort of bump. It WAS driving me mad until till i cured it. The rear hub at the bottom has a bush or i thought it was a bush but it appears to be a ball joint /rose joint bearing with a rubber dust shield either side. small screwdriver to pierce the shield and injected grease into the shield and hey presto the car feels like a Rolls Royce no creaking at all .All fixed for a little time and £4.95 can of grease
