If you aren't willing to wait, you could also ask the seller to pay the bill for repairing the damage, as I'm sure mac can have that looking better than new with 100% fitment in no time.

Or waiting doesn't hurt either. Just a suggestion

I do agree with this... MAC will make that thing better than the next one so see what MAC will wnat to repair it, and ask the seller if he will pay it rather than send a new one.

It's FRP

I bought an Amuse rep from the same guy. I'm hoping I won't bump into the same problem.

Yeah if anything I'll get a quote from MAC and ask the guy to pay for it. If I was taking to some bullshit shop I'd def want a new one... But MAC created the heavens and the earth, so I'm sure they can fix it...

And yes it's FRP. I know better not to buy fiberglass lol

Fiberglass will crack under normal driving conditions as well, just the potholes, tight fitment, etc will cause it to stretch and crack over time. I learned the hard way; everyone should spend the extra buck for urethane products.

If you ordered with a credit card, file a dispute if its not resolved by the vendor. American Express, I believe, gives the vendor 90 days to resolve the issue. I got $300 in free lights that way!

Wow, I bought a replica quad lci rear and he wrapped it in a huge box......guess that is why he waived the shipping fee, huh? Virtually zero $$ spent on packing. And it is also a very well made FRP piece....

Nah I asked my wife today. She paid through paypal so I can dispute it through them if anything so I'm safe

I'm not trying to bash the seller. He is being very nice through email and is trying to solve the problem and help me out. So we shall see what happens..

Paypal is not always safe. Only way you can get ur money back is if the seller has money in his paypal account or you paid via a credit card through paypal (cc charge back).

Paypal is usually on the buyers side though. Buyer is right unless seller can prove otherwise.
