Lease $400/mo possible?
Any one lease a 328i for $400/mo or less? And if so, how did you do it? I want to get Bluetooth, alpine white exterior, and auto trans. I plan to make 7 MSD and do 24 month lease. Is $400 or less an achievable goal?

Not with zero cap cost reduction. Going by February's numbers, the residual on the non-xDrive's are lower. The sweet spot would be a 33 month lease on a 328xi - where you would get 64% residual and 0.00185 base MF.
A 328xi with only ZVP (no cost option) is $37,475 MSRP and about $34,500 invoice. For ease let's use a selling price of $35,000. With your 7 MSDs the MF would be down to 0.00136. That calculates out to $450/mo before sales tax and added lease initiation costs. Even if you drop the selling price to $34,000 (about $500 under invoice), you're at $420/mo.
