Gas vs Diesel prices in Germany

Hey guys,

I am traveling to Germany in a month and can't decide whether I should rent a car with gasoline or diesel engine

What is the current price difference between gas vs diesel fuel in Germany?

I'll look for you tomorrow.. But when I rent here, I get diesel cars because the mileage is better..

True, but I care about "fun" factor as well. From what I can tell, between BMW 11*i and 11*d, the i version is a little peppier (I will be renting BMW 1-er).

You military ? If so the prices with the "coupons" for say, on base and at the Esso stations is the same price as in the states, or close.

Hi, Diesel is about 10cents more expensive than premium unleaded, depending on where you buy it can vary from 1.50 to 1.70 a litre, it tends to be cheaper the farther north you go but still not as expensive as here in Switzerland
