Old wheels on new 2010?

I currently have a 2007 E90 with Breyton GTS wheels and my lease will be expiring in the next 5 months, I was planning on putting my wheels from this current car on my next E90 lease, but I keep reading that the 2010 TPMS are different, hence why they are $400 a set. Will I have an issue installing my Breytons on the new E90 without getting the 2010 TPMS? They still appear to be the same frequency...

Correct, the old sensors aren't the same so you'll have to ignore the TPMS light unless you purchase 2010 sensors. Unfortunately they are not cheap. Our current price is $105 each sensor.

I thought the 2010 lci had a wider rear track too which may make the reasr Breytons too wide?

Yes, the LCI has a wider track, but if the Breyton's are ET35, they still should fit.

Assuming OP has staggered 19", they're ET35 in the rear.
And here's a thread of an e90 LCI with 19x9.5 ET35 in the rear.

Is there anyway to disable the whole TPMS system?

My rear wheels will fit, they are not staggered so they are 19x8.5 all around with an offset of 30.. They have an optional rear wheel fitment of 19x9.5 and the offset on those wheels are 35. Tirerack has confirmed they will fit at least..
