Luce Produkt

I ordered and paid for a set of halos from Luce Produkts on May 9th and received my confirmation email from them as well as the accompanying email from Paypal. I have emailed Luce 3 times since then with no response and filed a dispute with Paypal but unfortunately I was beyond the 45 day window. As Luce is over seas I was giving additional time to account for international shipping and such. Unfortunately I can't get a response from Luce...Paypal won't help and I'm out $150. Don't buy from Luce Produkts....

@derryck, I'm speaking as me personally and not as a vendor. I can't speak for Luce Produkts but I ordered probably the same thing as you (the LED rings right?)

I got my money refunded shortly after too with no explanation. Not sure what is going on with him? I'm assuming he's going out of the business now.

This is the contact info I got with my refund. Hopefully it'll help you out? Maybe give him a call to see what's going on?

I have tried that number a few times and no answer and have sent 3 emails to that email address in addition to the 2 I've sent through their 'contact us' on the Luce website. I'll just belly up now and buy one of the more expensive options and limit my purchases from over seas in the future due to lack of recourse.
