Always wanted a cosworth. Those had the cool dogleg shifter too. Really cool cars.

I like the W124 mercs, but wouldn't go as far in body mods as what you posted.
Maybe something more subtle, like the AMG W124s (with the different spoiler/fenders). Like the early BMW M body mods, very subtle and cool. Here's a vid of what I mean: |

ALWAYYZZZZ!!!
As soon as I get it I will post as many pictures as I can!!! Ya, not too amazing. The guy bought the car off the original owner who had it for almost 20 years. The inside and engine are, from what I hear, in pretty great condition. Quote:

Thanks!!! Quote:
I have too, just never had the opportunity to look for one or have one available local!!! Quote:

I don't know. To be honest I like the 4 door body of the EVO2 instead of the e30. It reminds me of an e36 M3 for some reason with the flat hood and the flat and angular lines. Plus I can see e30 M3s every ONCE and a while, but I have NEVER seen an evo2 around! Ya, I saw that video. I actually LOVE the evo2 kit over the evo1 or evo3. It is bold and you would probably turn your head more for that, haha. Don't see them at all.

Just realized it's a manual cosworth. Just keep in mind that engine parts are crazy expensive and near impossible to find anywhere besides MB. Maybe pull the valve cover and poke around. How much is he asking? I found a clean title cosworth locally for $3.1k (!) but it's an auto. Definitely cool project car, got me thinking... |

BTW, I am 6'3". Is this going to be a crammed fit? I just starting worrying how well this car will fit my height. Hopefully it isn't too big of an issue. Might need more recaro.

Any idea on where you plan on getting the kit? I think there were a few aftermarket companies making them from fiberglass but not cheap. Original used cosworth kits can be had for 1-1.5k, check ebay. |
