I have a pic of the cutouts in my Garage if you want to see placement. I actually would like to have a second set of cutouts directly on the DPs for track use only, for a fully unrestricted exhaust. Would be crazy loud, though!

Saw the pic...but I need more info on those cutouts if they are drone free!!!

This link has more info (this is the brand I have): http://www.quicktimeperformance.com/QTEC/index.php

I have a quick sound clip of my car in this thread -- vid quality isn't the best, but people were asking for a sound clip of my BOV so I shot this quickly and you can hear the exhaust note in it pretty decently. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...3&postcount=92

Here's another one from when I first got them (and when my car was a baby and mostly stock. Memories ). There's a quick clip of the interior sound too. As you can see it's not very loud inside the car. Engine was cold so I didn't want to rev too high. The exhaust note settles down a bit after the car warms up, obviously.

Maybe my definition of "drone" is not the same as you guys' but I have not experienced anything annoying whatsoever with this setup (me or my passengers). You can hear the exhaust note from inside the car, but it has a nice, throaty tone to it. Sometimes I drive with the stereo off just so I can listen to it

My other car is a Challenger with a custom Flowmaster setup and THAT thing has so much drone that it makes your head hurt after driving more than a few minutes.
