same problem here...

Your problem is just like this one on the video?

Mine is and I was not able to work it out.
I was thinking on reset the radio, or the Bluetooth adapter, but how do I do it?
Tell me if you have more news on this.
Thank you!

Hi guys,
I have the same issues. My Bluetooth just died one day. When I go to phone menu it shows "--" and I can't access the phone.

Can anyone help?

I'm now in the same boat. Dealer knew straight away that is was most likley a module failure when I described the problem.
Obviously a common fault. Overnight stay apparently to fix.

Bluetooth control unit can be repaired

just had my 2007 323i bluetooth control unit repaired by Autotronic LCFS Pty Ltd 0412299034 in Melbourne for a fraction of the BMW quotation. Very satisfactory result. Would recommend.
