AE exhaust or BMW Performance with catless DPs

Mods are in sig. Didnt want to do an aftermarket exhaust on this car but it sounds like a raspy whore above 4500rpm and kinda cheap with just catless dps

So AE or BMW PE? I've searched but info is scattered and would like your opinions guys.. Also where is the best place to get the PE? Dealer, online etc

If you don't like rasp, you wont like the PE + DP combo; it's even more raspy.

I have the AE with AR DPs and there is 0 rasp

If you think the stock cat-back exhaust is raspy, why would you want to replace it? I'm not saying that stock cat-back with catless downpipes doesn't rasp, because I know it does rasp a little. But I just don't get why you would pay money for another exhaust. Anything aftermarket you buy is going to be louder, and therefore more raspy.

AE+downpipes....best combo, quite enough for everyday drving but loud enough when u mash the peddle. its more of a deeper tone with no rasp, which is what I prefer.

Go ride in an e46 M3. You won't hear your rasp anymore after that.

I would go AE if I were you. Better gains, full exhaust, and the PE does rasp.

AE all the way. I have AR catless downpipes, but just upgraded to the JB4 with meth. Damn thing is mean and sounds even louder and deeper with the boost increased.
