They dont seem the type of roads for 340+HP motors.

There are plenty of roads round the lakes which are ideal for spirited driving.

I love you guys so much, I might even go up for a reccy beforehand and see what I can find.

Loos like I won't be there as the October date is getting plenty of votes in.

Have a great weekend guys, I`m on honeymoon then so wont be able to make it.

Make the effort to get up early Sun morning, the roads are fantastic when empty but a pain in the arse if you get stuck behind something, overtaking opportunities are few and far between.

There are loads of decent driving roads without being held up by tractors........besides it's past harvest time and it's mainly cattle and sheep across there. Anyhow the A6 from Kendal (approx. 8 miles from Windermere) heading north towards Scotland basically! is an absolutely cracking driving road, has a mix of everything and plenty of places to overtake. It's where I test drove the first manual Porka TT I had a drive in and I haven't forgotten that road!!

Just voted on this...early September out due to gigs, birthday and seeing Jet again...Leeds for once instead of Manchester.

Voted October but can make late September if that is the only date that can be made by the majority. See Matt has offered to do a prerun to check it out. We'll get a travelling date sorted to burn up there and have some fun! We are pretty booked up but you have my mobile number and I'm sure we can work out a mutually convenient time for a blast!

Now I need to go to bed and prepare for the STAG MASSIVE that I am organising on Saturday 25th for my big mate Rich! Blues Brothers theme and it IS going to get messy!

340bhp or not, I don't recon there's many better fun roads than this in England if not in the UK. Hard knott pass, lake district.

I will be tempted to head over and join you on this dependant upon which date you choose, but will not bother voting as I think it's better left to you E90/92 guys without an outsider influencing it.
