Looking for OEM turbos with no oil seal leak/wg rattle. Only 57k on my car and I'm smoking really bad. Pulling catless dp's soon to clear up speculation but I'm pretty certain my oil seals are leaking. The lower mileage the better.

Is there something preventing you from just getting new turbos under warranty? Most N54 turbo issues 07-10 are covered by the 8 year/82k, just be sure to remove all your mods before going to stealership.

The TSB reads that it covers the turbo's for wastegate issues. So if I take it literally for what it says in the bulletin I would bet my local dealer would not swap them for turbo seals. If anybody with first hand experience with this can chime in please do.

You're right they probably would not swap them. People have a hard enough time getting them swapped when they do have obvious waste gate rattle.

With the labor to install these you really should consider new ones if at all financially possible for you. You can get them through Tischer for about $1300 for both.
