I'm actually having an issue with the pair I received yesterday. I sent an email to the sales department last night but haven't heard back from anyone yet. Would there be any way you could either let someone know I sent an email or help me yourself? Thanks.

I have an early model 2007 e92 335i coupe. I rocked the H8 V3s for over a year and one just went out. I was very happy with those. I ordered the H8 V4 and they came quickly (thank you). I was not aware of the issue with the early 07s coupes until I plugged them in. After research I see I have fallen victim no this. Whats the cause of this, so weird. So I have 3 questions for your Marc.

1) are there still any V3s in stock I can purchase, and if not will you fix mine for a predetermined fee.
2) any luck on correcting this issue with your current product line
3) how can I arrange to send back the H8 V4s I have just received.

1 - We no longer manufacture the LUX H8 V3 lights, but we can repair your V3's for you of course
2 - Still working on fixing the issue with the early 2007 models
3 - Just send me an e-mail and we can figure it out there for you.
