It has indeed Sam, I was meant to come to Ultimate Stance but didn't make it as I had to spend the day troubleshooting my E30 - it has had a big water leak but we removed the carpet and after much investigation found it was a perished grommet around the clutch master cylinder. She's going in for welding to patch up some rust in December too. I've got my hands dirty and really learnt a huge amount with this car - was never confident to do it on the E92 as I rely on it to get to work, etc., but having this a second car really gave me the confidence to do stuff myself knowing I was still mobile even if I mess it up, which touch wood hasn't happened yet!

So Winter is finally here... I'm all excited LOL!
I've placed an order for some Dunlop 3D Winter Tyres for my Style 95s which will be on by or before the weekend which is fast approaching. I've also had to get my rear Zimmerman discs replaced (awaiting shipment of new ones) from the seller in Germany after 1 was found cracked, having only had them on for what, 2 weeks or less. I noticed my handbrake was pretty flimsy so when I took the wheel off I saw the crack and it's just royally pee'd me off! |

Maintenance Update:
- PAS Fluid done (Used Pentosin) - 12/12/2015 Bought materials ready for another bi annual oil change. I tend to have this done once every 7k. All filters including pollen, micro, air, oil, fuel at the ready as well as CE 5w30 LL-04. I'm also going to buy the Serpentine Belt and tensioner as advised by Gaza01 as it's a simple swap and another step towards maintaining the car's longevity. |

Winter months are usually very quiet and it's all about planning for the next 'show season'. Well, I've had some ideas but simply can't develop them due to other priorities. I've been back and forth with the idea of selling the car and saving for something even better but I feel (atleast for me), there's one more show season left in her under my ownership so I'll be addressing a few teething issues to make it simply perfect in my books.
1. Booked in on Monday to get my Rear Right Arch sorted (got dinged 2 years ago and something so minor but I'm going to get it back to OEM. 2. Send off my JL 1000/1v2 Amp to the Amp Doctor for a through check and clean - I've hears he's sh*t hot with amplifiers! 3. Respray my front bumper (and If I think wings and bonnet want redoing then that too possibly) 4. Ideally throw in some LED lights into my boot build and possibly get a ported box in there 5. Another thing that's quite major but I'll keep that as a secret until I can find a suitable price for it! So hopefully come March/April time, she'll be good as gold! |

Some of you guys know, my car is going in the next 2-3 weeks sadly.
I've got an amazing opportunity to own something not everyone can tick off their list, but I think timing plays an important part in everything. So got my car back to OEM suspension this weekend (yet to collect the car) and last that remains is take / code audio back to BASE. I spent all of Sunday removing my amps and cables from the build, which from disassembling, showed me the sheer quality and excellent work of Studio Incar. Every cable was tied down and neatly lined. There was no compromise under the sleek and sexy panels which was impressive to see. Anyways, the guy I'm buying the car off wants my 335D - so it works out best for the both of us. He's on the forum from time to time so if you're reading this... keep it a secret Stay tuned as I'll be on this forum |

Can't wait to hear the news on the new motor Sam, such attention to detail has gone into this I'm sure whatever you decide next whether it's to mod or just keep it fresh, the new car will be just as epic!
Good luck! |
