K40 Stealth Install

Hello,

I finally managed to take a few pics and post a writeup on
the K40 install in my E90 .
The install was performed by Sound in Motion in Boston who
already had performed the install in my X5 .
We are also in the process of building up an upgraded aftermarket
sound system of which I'll post stage 1 soon.
The goal for the installs is always to be as OEM looking as possible
and not to loose any of the OEM functionality.

The first one is the K40 control knob and status lights integrated
into the factory cigarette lighter

the next one are the LEDs integrated into the indicator lights
in the instrument cluster

Just wanted to say that this is an awesome setup you have. The video says it all. When we were at the G2G I didn't realize what this was in your ash tray. How do you like this setup? What sensors/jammers are you running in the front and back? How successful has it been?

What a clean install... very impressive..
