I have a '11 e92 with m-sport. I was looking at the 335is grills and ducts and I am trying to figure out where the ducts go. I am interested in directing more air to the oil cooler currently mounted in front of the passenger front wheel. Currently it is fed by the small intake on the right side of the center grill. Do the 335is ducts feed into this cooler or do they go to the brakes?

The 335is grills that replace the fog lights on our cars feed the oil cooler (passenger side) and aux. water cooler (driver side) on the 335is and not the brakes. You could purchase the 335is duct for the passenger side oil cooler and it should bolt up (assuming you install the 335is grill and grill bracket of course ).

As far as the driver side is concerned, we don't have any coolers located there, so you wouldn't need to purchase the actual duct (just the grill and grill bracket). I personally did not purchase the 335is passenger side duct work as my stock ducting is providing adequate air flow for my stock engine. I can't comment on whether not having the 335is ducting affects installation of the grills as I have not done it yet :/.

I am not 100% sure I would need the extra flow either. I just got the PPK stage 1 installed so I am a little worried about oil temps with the extra power. I am going to monitor the temps but I wanted to find out if this would be a possibility. I honestly never use the fogs so that would not be a big loss.

Do you know how much would it cost to get the grills and the passenger side duct?
