Selling my rev 2.5 procede v5. It is currently vin locked to my car. Will include data log cable $325 shipped.

Might sound like a dumb question but if its Vin Locked to your car then it can't be used for anyone else ?

The v5 maps are vin-locked so you can still use the v4 maps. You can also have it unlocked for about $100 from vishnu.
