Headlamp Washer Cap. Are people for real?

Went for dinner in Woodbridge Sunday night and found this. Some people gotta be desperate...

While common to be stolen
They are notorious for flying off the car at speed.
Very inconvenient either way

This is why i specifically wanted a car without these.

A) they ruin the clean look of the front of the car.

B) they come off all the time and look even worse when missing.

it fell off. people didn't steal it, the clips on them are very weak.

I've had one of my tire valve stem caps stolen.

Sometimes they get stuck with ice and doesnt close properly and could possible fall off.
