Aren't you supposed to go to the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) for damaged goods during shipment? Why just blame Xenon Depot?

i guess it's because of their business ethic that they did not get the problem resolve in the soonest fashion; if the company has at least made a reply i guess op wouldn't have elevate the problem in such a way.

under such a simple situation, if a vendor needs any kind of excuse to explain themselves, they are already worth blaming for.
Just look at Mach from M-force, did any first batch purchaser ever request for a new one even though the fitment is slightly off? no, they just go ahead and step up the game by providing the first batch purchasers with brand new one without any charge. Now, that's what i call excellent customer service. it's these little things that form or destroy the image and reputation of a vendor.
