M3 roof on a 335i
Can i fit an M3 Carbon Fiber roof on my 335i? I'm sure its ridiculously expensive but i'm curious if its possible..
anyone make a replica? |

Ive seen this done several times on this forum, cant find the threads though. Is plug and play with minor alterations. But not impossible the most expensive part is going to be buying the roof itself. GL!!

Talking crap while having no clue.
Yes it can be done. I know somebody makes an aftermarket one as well. Dont remember who it was and whether or not it was dry carbon or what. |

Man.. just vinyl it. Are you going to track your car at the nurburgring? I don't think it's worth all the trouble just to shave that few pounds. Not to mention the potential squeeky/rattling roof after the swap.

I remember a vendor was selling CF roofs for us 335i guys, no one was interested though.
