Just installed my cf lip spoiler and it's just the look im going for, not to flashy but adds a nice kick to the body flow. Used the 3m heavey duty dbl sided tape, just curious as to how strong and how long it will last

I installed a lip last year with the 3m tape. I was iffy about it at high way speeds, but assuming you installed on a nice warm day so that the tape can adhere best, it's not going anywhere!

I bought one last year and I've had no issues with it. The color matched my Barbera Red really really well and you can't tell it isn't stock. I didn't use the primer the first time I put it on (lazy) and then drove 300 miles like an hour after putting it on (stupid) and after going through some high pressure washes it started coming off on the sides (go figure).

So I took it off, got some new 3M tape, used the primer before putting it on and then when I applied it again it stayed on well. This was probably like 7 months ago now and it's still on there tight. I love it

I have had one on since purchasing my car in May. Good fit. I just used the tape that came with it and not the primer. It's still on there! Paint matched great with one little tiny fish eye I would probably have to point out. A bargain at $60.00 shipped.

I paid $59 on Ebay last year, and the lip spoiler looks like OEM. Used the supplied 3m tape on a warm day, and it hasn't budged. The color was a perfect match (silver metallic).

BaysonR has em in stock but they did raise the price a bit from $89 to $100(shipped). I ordered one and its coming in on Friday. I will post how the fitment is but from what I read about them, they do fit great.

May I hijack this thread? Best place for an E92 front lip spoiler?
