I put a new battery in it month ago and it was working great until last week. It won't turn on. The Apple logo still comes on the screen, but it never goes past that now.

apple won't take it back for repairs? they did on mine and got a new one for $60

I did not try. I bought a 60 GB so I don't need this one anymore.
